We Indians have a great proportion of vegeterian people, but i think it is diffucult to find veg food in latin american countries and gulf countries
Not sure of Latin American countries, but do not worry at all in the Gulf countries. You will get Indian food everywhere you go, maybe the local variety of vegeterian food will be limited.. but with such a big diaspora of Indians living in the Gulf there is no problem at all.
it's not difficult at all. i eat meat occasionaly and i will say that being vegetarian is not difficult nor are you hindered much in caribbean countries. i also fast on mondays and fridays and my collegues at work are accepting of this. if there are parties and such, just bring the food home or not. the caribbean is more centered around ground provisions and fruit so we eat alot of green bananas, yam, dasheen, mangoes and so on.
The idea of you telling the history of country along with photos of its ethnicity, languages spoken there is commendable.
