Thanks for sharing your routine. I’m a 5 yr old tennis teaching pro in Texas and have also followed intermittent fasting for 10+ yrs now. However, I eat in a 12pm-8 window so 15-16 hrs between meals. I do 4-6 hrs of hitting/lessons before first meal and when I do eating something in the morning it definitely throws me off.
Thats awesome that you are a teaching pro at only 5 years of age😃
Excellent video! very nice and beautifully done! Thanks for sharing, great lessons here 🙏 appreciate
No wonder the doc is such a beast!! Keep up the good work and good luck at the tourneys
If you do not eat during the day than how to you release the energy stored in your glycogen stores without carbohydrates?
I burn fat not sugar
he just called me big backed in 17 different languages
awesome video
What’s your UTR?
Oh, I see in your info now. 10.9 👍
I steam my veggies for eliminating oxalates and making them easier to digest n use the vitamins....celery juice
Yes but the con is loosing over 50 percent of the nutrient profile by cooking veggies
@tennisdoctoratp high heat cooking kills not steam for 10 minutes
@tennisdoctoratp steaming some veggies helps the vitamins...like crushing garlic increases potency
@@Tennisdoctorofficialactually cooking spinach, freezing it, then heating it up to eat had more nutrients than raw. Other vegetables are similar.
nah this has to be a joke
No, this is not satire and the information in it is very valuable, especially for someone playing at your level. You could take the advice or have a closed mind.
@@Tennisdoctorofficial fair enough ,
@@tennisbrothers I want to see you win, you will be great one day - and you already are. Stay persistent, you are one point, one match, and one tournament away from changing your life and even changing the world.
do what works for you but eggs really are not healthy.
