    I don't know why it's like watery when I put the egg whites in

      Might need to consider a few things
      Were your egg whites whipped very firm before adding into the chocolate?
      Was the chocolate mixture perhaps too hot so it’s melting the egg whites a bit?
      Were you gentle when folding?
      Not sure what other factors would contribute sorry!

    Can i put sugar during egg whites whipping?

      I've been wanting to try doing this because I've made these meringues before which the recipe has the sugar and egg whites in at same time. I think it would work fine, as long as the bowl is super clean and dry. cookidoo.com.au/recipes/recipe/en-AU/r733847
