    OMG I’m home!!!! I’m new crafter with no talent at all. The type of crafter where no real directions or talent is needed except being good with a glue gun is needed. I started by making crazy, themed, shabby/chic ADD hats. Now this junk journal concept will be added to my repertoire! I’m so glad I found you. I have heard “Love, Peace and Hair Grease” in a while. Thank you, Sista!

    What an absolutely fantastic way to use up tiny fabric scraps that I would have probably used as stuffing in a doll! LOL

    Your attention to detail, and accompanying explanation, is wonderful! And your voice is soothing and lyrical. I'm learning from you how to actually do certain things that other artists have only shown when they completed doing them, not how they did them. Thank you!

    Your videos are the easiest to watch. You have such a nice voice and explain things so well. Most videos are difficult because the presenters pause awkwardly. You are amazing! Where can a person buy vintage buttons, cheaply in bulk?

    • @Lizforaday
      @Lizforaday  5 років тому

      I apologize for the delayed response. I actually sell buttons in bulk. Here is the link www.etsy.com/listing/678034060 . You can also get them at thrift stores and estate sales. Thank you so much for your kind words and thanks for watching.

    I really like your junk journaling videos. One popped up on my recommendation feed and I clicked it and now I'm into the third video in this set here and I'm loving watching the process and how cute it is coming together. I recently created one of my own junk journals, but mines no where near as fancy as yours lol. But to me mine is fancy. But yours looks like an actual book and I love that.

    • @Lizforaday
      @Lizforaday  5 років тому +1

      I had to laugh when you said mines looks fancy. THANKS! I had a lot of fun filling that one up with lots of junky goodness. Of course, it is not junk to us is it? Thanks so much for watching and commenting.

    I'm loving this series! I have a question ... does it mess up your sewing machine needles to sew paper or to sew fabric scraps to paper? I've been wanting to dust off our machine but she's kind of an old gal and I wasn't sure I should try that.

    • @Lizforaday
      @Lizforaday  7 років тому

      Mines is holding up very well. So far out of the gazillion people I know that sew paper they haven't had any issues. I will say it may dull the needle but that should be the only issue. Also, it may need to be dusted more often. I hope that helps.
