I'm so glad you guys actually gave your due respects to the Giannis dunk. That man jumped over a whole 6'6 dude and cleared him so much that he said in the post game interview that he didn't notice him.
“Iguadola to Curry back to Iguadola! Up for the lay up, Ohhh! Blocked by James!” one of my personal favorite calls in the history of the NBA thank you Mike Breen
Mine is not talked about enough. I forgot the commentator's name, but this was during the 2012 (or 2013 I can't remember) Christmas game, Heat vs Lakers. Wade throws up a lob to James, and the commentator goes "Woahhhh! Grab that and put it under your Christmas tree!" That call is what comes to mind when I think of the Heat big 3 dominance.
I was running around my entire house screaming at age 15 when Russ made that shot. Back when I was the biggest Russ fan of all time so by default I was an okc fan I don’t ever been more excited than when that shot went in.
@@JerichoTheCity Shoulda phrased it better, the past couple vids I’ve seen from them have all been from before the playoffs started, I wanna hear what they have to say
yall so fucking dumb for saying kd “blown 2-0 game 7 losing big ass feet” jumper is better than an alley oop WINDMILL in game by a dude who got 9 fingers.. im speechless
Deandre Jordan's dunk always felt like "over somebody an entire foot shorter?" I'd much rather rank Giannis jumping over somebody who is 6'6". Like if you're talking impressive, he CLEARED buddy on the break. No contest from a player with reasonable height is INSANE.
Kawhi's game 7 buzzer beater is still the only game 7 buzzer beater in history to date. If we're counting buzzer beater in win or go home games, only Jordan's game 5 buzzer beater against the Cavs in 89 is comparable.
As a rockets fan, I’m surprised that hardens GW 3 while being tackled by dray and klay didn’t make the list. Especially considering the no call on Durant stepping 4ft out of bounds the play before to give the warriors the lead
Only thing I would really say is that Ray Allen 3pt shot should’ve been there and then having Ray Allen shot vs Lebron block for the final would’ve been really a debate
"I just wish we saw THAT KD on a different team" It don't exist. Him without the best shooting back court of all time is just George Gervin if we being honest
I remember when DJ dunked on Brandon knight I literally ran to my moms room to show her the video as soon as it happened. Idek why that was my first thought but I ran to her so fast like I’m the one who dunked it😭
I won’t lie there’s four dunks I have put to memory and all of them were just body bags. It’s a toss up between Lebron, Norris and Mario jumping Jason Terry and Brandon Knight thinking he could jump with Deandre Jordan and dying for his sins. And then there’s the Varejo body bag and D Wade had this man folded. And D Rose telling Dragic I jump higher than you and going to heaven for that two hander. Those dunks live in my mind rent free.
i mean the block damn near nullified the importance of the steph shot to that season tbh. steph can practice that shot, you cant really recreate the block situation consistently even in a practice run. also tbh they just didnt guard steph good enough where as steph & iggy literally made every right decision on the block play and bron still made it an all time moment. also if lebron makes that and 1 poster on draymond with like with bout 30 sec in the game it EASILY clears every play on the list. in fact that would have been the best play in nba history imo. full on and 1 contact poster on a good rim defender in game 7 of a 3-1 comeback in the finals to ice the game. i have literally zero exaggeration have never wished a dunk wasnt missed as much as that play
15:30 FUCK YEA. I watch about 60-70- thunder games alone that year including that one. It was a MAGNIFICENT year(in general) and 17 prime Russ was the best pg in the league low diff

2:37 I’m getting really tired of seeing people gas up the curry Chris Paul clip. U see in replays Paul got his foot stepped on while he was trying to take a step and it made him lose balance it wasn’t curry’s dribbling (I’m a hawks fan so I got no bias toward either player) Also how does curry’s shot win all 3 other moments that were in the final 4 clear that
The block is definitely more significant than the shot. It wasn’t until LeBron hit the free throw that it became a four point game. At which point, Curry couldn’t blow by Kevin Love for an and 1 and had to stay outside and pray for a four point play.
Great Vid but must say final should've been Giannis Jumping over Tim and DeAndre Murdering Brandon Knight for the simple fact best moment if this was most Iconic I would agree the block and curry's shot but for just best moment a clip to show somebody and say this is why you should watch basketball its the Giannis and DeAndre clips but if you trying to show someone one of the most Iconic moments its The Block
