WG added WZ-114 to the bond store, for 11,000 bonds. After over 100 battles in it, here is my take on it!

Dez was wrong about just one thing in this video. The bond store is not filled with tanks that can do everything that WZ 114 can. It''s the only tank in the bond store that can grind credits and bonds at the same time. The only problem is, that you need to spend 11k bonds to buy it. That's around 2200 battles and reaching the weekly bond limit for 110 weeks to grind the bonds back. Ouch. Good that I got mine for free.
RNG based tank basically, good i dont have it.
BtW RNG dicedes who win.

RNG Damage.
RNG shots.
RNG Cammo.
RNG Detection
RNG Loot Boxes.
RNG/Rigged Match Making.

This game is practically a Casino, we Drive the Gambling Machines, pay for them, the suscription, etc...
Amen Add to that the huge numbers of players from the East who recently joined EU servers: 90% of them use cheats, WG bans 0.1% of them twice a year... what's not to like...
Rng is 25% so that would mean you have 75% win ratio. Clearly you have more of a 45% but that's no rng homie

Jup. It is one of the reasons I quit the game. It's too much RNG on everything. Even "winning" matches often feels shallow because there is too much random shit involved.

The only thing this tank taught me - it's a nice punching bag that can't hit you back and cant outdpm anything that it faces. 'Tank of all time' indeed
I'll say it that way, while not worth the bonds it's fun for me and I don't regret buying it. With this tank I enter the battle without any expectations. It's a calming experience. 😃
I agree, you gotta play conservative with it. Don't expect much and sometimes you'll be surprised. I like playing it too. But many others 95% will dislike this tank with so many other better choices.

Somehow, this tank loves me, i hit most of my shots with him, i got him for free on the event back in 2022
Now looking back at the tank. Something tells me it was supposed to be a TD similar to the 114 SP2. But they had scrapped that idea and they were out of time and rename as well redone the stats on it at the last minute. The fact it was put into the bond shop instead of remake it and or turn it into TD shows they aren't willing to make it better.
Somehow I really want to buy it now, don't know why...

I got it for free when it first came out and big numbers please the monkey brain in my head. 530 at tier 9 is awsome, 2400 hit points is awsome, 265 standard pen is awsome, and aiming for 3-5 buisness days puts a smirk on my face everytime i go to aim.

I actually love this tank, as it fits my slower heavy patient playstyle, which can throw its huge HP around in the mid to late game to spearhead a later game push. Idk if 11k bonds is worth it tho i got mine for free

One of the few "premiums" I wouldn't mind getting buffed. My 60TP beats it in everything but base accuracy, gun depression and standard AP pen with a bigger gun. Theres no way it should outDPM the 114 as much as it does.

Everyone, just get the Defender (Obj. 252U). It's better than this tank in every way possible. Alternatively, the T-103 also has a better gun than this tank. Don't fall for that "Better Credit bonus and Bonds" it should potentially give. You wont get much value out of this tier 7 tank.
Give me a bit of your rushing dez and I'll give you a bit of my patience. My problem is the exact opposite of yours, sometimes I don't make pressure on time and lose out on damage cause of it
Pretty sure Concept 1B is MUCH better than this tank for nearly the same amount of bonds (And you can also get it at a discount!)
if you don't mind losing your mind in the process. Onslaught is pure pain.
This game is a scam, whenever someone finds out that it is good, they play with the account that WG gives them with all the tanks, credits, bonuses, etc. So who doesn't, I recommend playing Yuris Revenge or the Megaman Collection

Not even bounty and exprimental equipment makes WZ-114 playble.

The gun is so bad that it doesn't make any point in trying to improve it. From bad you can turn it into mediocre, at best, while sacrificing everything else.
For me, this tank became enjoyable only after all 3 equipment slots got mobility modules!
@DezGamez, Do you never play Grille 15? Check German TDs performance on the games you showed us and are you complaining while being at top values. What about that Borsig or WT players?

That’s all my game in NA server missed 34 rounds 27 game losses today 37000 loss each game thanks wot for zero damage on side hits with 395 pen
All Chinese tanks - especially the guns - are not very predictable or reliable in my experience
type 59 gun is reliable and also 121B gun is not that bad

They need to add the cost of ammunition fired, directives and consumables used and account for bounty/bond equipment to the MOE calculations.

Lol, I bought this tank right away because I don't care for any of the tier 8 Chinese HT premiums. Would much rather play the tier IX.
I actually enjoyed the WZ-114. Yes, it has a nasty aim time and gets you frustrated at times.
What I didn't enjoy was the fact that back in the days, this tank was only available as a purchase from the premium shop.
Now they swiftly added it to the bond store and the people who bought the tank got no compensation whatsoever

Well, this tank work for me like a support tank. 69% wins of 300 battles. Don't play alone with this thing, always go like support.
Since you're going to miss either way, might as well not bother to aim with the WZ-114. Aiming reduces DPM.
i agree with everything you said i demounted all the equipment and will not play that tank again without a buff to the gun handling
With T3 fire control, Bond stab, stab directive, T3 turbo and the aim time boost this tank is decent. Dont try with rammer. Just don't.
I'm a 50.6 win rate player in 26k games and this tank I'm a 59% win rate in 227 games
Works well for me
i really love this tank - it was my first i grinded myself and i think it was worth it because i like it slow pace, take your time, aim and mybe you hit, slow and steady for the win :P

I feel like this tank is fetting stealth nerfs. It used to be bearable and rather decent. Now it trully sucks!
