Hey girl, just wanted to give you some advice on the vitamins. Firstly you don’t take vits on an empty stomach it can make you sick and absorb in your body less. Secondly you can’t take different vits on different days. You need to take all your vits every single day. Not iron on one day and vit c on the other. It’s most beneficial to take vit C daily. In order to see the best you need to take same vitamins daily. Hope this helps!
That is actually wrong, certain vitamins cannot be taken with other vitamins and should be separated and taken at different times, do not give medical advice unless you are a doctor.

It is actually better to take vitamins with food. Vitamins don't absorb as well in your system on an empty stomach and can make you sick 😊 i wish i was able to take vitamins but i've tried several different brands and they've all made my stomach hurt really bad.

A mirror would be super cute on that wall. You could also do a cute shaped shelving unit. Like the ones that are circle, diamond, etc. that way you can put a few cute things on it like a candle, fall decor 😉, and what not. Love the office space though! Looks great! I also can’t wait to decorate for fall!
On the right wall next to your desk - maybe a poster board with pictures, memories things like that

If you really wanna grow your hair, best thing u can do is stop applying any heat to it, don't blow dry, straighten, etc. I very very rarely do and my hair has become so much healthier in the last year.. huge difference! 😊

Love it! I liked the taller plant better on the desk bc then it doesn’t feel like that empty wall needs anything. Also having some walls bare really helps your house feel less cluttered and decreases stress. 😊

What the hell is the pepcid for if your allergic to outside?
No one cares
Pepcid is an antihistamine H2. I have MCAS and that along with Allegra or an H1 is recommended together to help mast cells, which cause allergic reactions. I’m assuming this is similar.
Steph! I take Hum too and the celery gummies made me get a rash/hives all over, guess I’m allergic to celery root but I can eat celery sticks with no problem. I searched web and celery root allergy is fairly common.
