@@96Deadeye bro what no its insanely difficult i tried doing ring maps with air roll held for like 5 hours and its impossible to control and im gc1 in all modes
@@solomonunderwood6548 Eh I disagree. If you're comfortable with continuous air roll I think it gives you more control than without it if you're trying to go through the map quickly. I'm C3 and finally good at air roll and the ring maps are way easier for me to try and speed run now
training videos are great because most people do rings maps and all types of different training maps trying to improve, its valuable information comparing my training runs vs your training runs. I know i can just watch some speedrunners, but they know how to min max and got the maps down to a science in their muscle memory. Imo its cooler to watch highly skilled mechanical people who play the maps for the first time or played them very little, this way they will get surprised by the map sometimes and i can take notes on their natural recoveries
The "Air Dribble Hoops" map would be fun to watch. It's somewhere between the "Intermediate Dribble Map" you did last episode and Eversax's dribbling challenge in terms of difficulty.
Neon rings is one of the easier ones. You should do Leths ice rings, it’s more difficult and requires you to go much slower but with your mechanical proficiency, it should still be a cake walk. It was the map that I learned air roll on, and it’s great for practicing and mastering air roll. Neon rings allows you to go pretty fast, so I’d love to see you do Leths ice rings.
@Rhys Hughes I like Leths ice rings map too. I've noticed some of the rings on the final 5 levels are kinda iffy though, normally you'd Just barely touched a ring and no prob, you can recover. But some of them straight up kill you, and I eventually got frustrated lol. Have gotten 17ish as my best though
@@Iiphaedos Nice work bro! Yeah it's a pretty sus map haha. I just did neon rings last night - 12mins 20 seconds, about the same as squishy (i know the map) and I'm champ 3. I don't think aerial car control is nearly as important as ground control and recovery though, since 90% of the game is spent on the ground. Keep us posted if you finish the map!
@@rhyshughes9942 lol I mean I've finished ice rings in 17 minutes, but quit grinding for a better time because of a couple bad rings near the end :) I'll usually run through once till I die near the end then hit some freeplay Nice time with the 12:20 on this map though!
Chill video Squish, this rings map actually is one of the easiest on the workshop. You should try IMPOSSIBLE RINGS on Steam workshop (not sure who made it right now)
noone can answer that for you. If you suck at mechanics, freeplay, if you suck at rotation, game analysis, if you suck at both, play more. all depends on what you're good or bad at.
I was hard stuck at Diamond 3 on Xbox and my roommate just got a gaming pc so I finally got access to workshop maps and I'm already at champ 2 a couple weeks later. There was a notable shift in my gameplay after practicing rings and dribbling maps for a few hours.
I watched Leth's video that talks about making it. Leth has a cool sequence that you only see if you have the lens flare on. Squishy, you should turn on lens flare and do it again! It is pretty neat.
I recently got a pc and have been doing these maps. Today I downloaded neon heights and did it, then squishy posts a video on it a couple hours later. Crazy
Yeah just a small recommendation tho for the next rings map vid is can u put the controller overlay on the video but yeah I do fw the rings/practice videos heavy
Hey great video but when playing these workshop maps that require lots of precise controller movements could you put a controller cam like you use too?
Glad you enjoyed the map :) Working on a 3rd installment in the rings series, learning a lot from people playing these!
Nice work leth
Harder pls, like the leth's tiny rings mod, but intentional
straight up meow
.
.
Love your workshops!
Yeah itd be cool to add moving rings and various size difficulty settings too.
The fact that he didn't touch the ground or the wall made those sections just *that* much more impressive
I thought so too 🤝
To be honest there is nothing impressive about that video
@@tobiasmarzell330 what a dumb comment
@Tobias Marzell you also have a sub 13 minute first try run on this map posted I'm assuming??
@@tobiasmarzell330 i lost 5 brain cells reading this
His Airroll Controll is just so impressive damn
I feel like holding directional airroll makes these rings maps easier than doing them without.
@@96Deadeye it depends on how u play

I would have loved to see your controller overlay for this vid!
Maybe on the next rings map you do?
same
Cheese
I second this

He always forgets :(
squishy: If I get 5 deaths, its a failure in my book
me with my 420 deaths: I feel like I did pretty well
hehe 420
It's an ez map to flash with no deaths, only the last level is hard :P
Just an FYI you can land on any of the black surfaces that you were avoiding. You just can’t go past the ring or it resets you

Bro WE LOVE THESE! MORE!!!!
The fact we got two of these in under 3 days is insane to me! You’re a legend!

Don't know if it's too hard but I'd love to see you do the Eversax map!

Yes please!
Hell yea bro. The standard games are always a thrill but this is the content we need. Super chill and light hearted fun.
I would LOVE to see this video again w/ controller overlay. I feel like it would be super insightful.
Great vid as always, Squishy. Keep it up!!
"If I get 5 deaths thats a failure in my book"
Me at 69 deaths- "I see this as an absolute win"
Yo please do more of these, super satisfying and chill
MOREE PLEASEEE 🙏🙏 Squishy is GOD man
Of course Squishy playing this map for the first time and absolutely crushing it lmfao. mans insane and gotta give it to leth for a sick map
Squishy: Im gonna take my time
Still goes faster, than I ever will😂
Was literally just thinking about seeing if squishy has done one of these earlier today! Ask and you shall receive I suppose
In your case, 'think' and you shall receive! More impressive.
Its called luck
Make this week "workshop week" I like watching you practice and these vids are a nice change of pace from the normal matches
Or "Workshop Wednesday"..?
Chill video Squish, this rings map actually is one of the easiest on the workshop.
You should try IMPOSSIBLE RINGS on Steam workshop (not sure who made it right now)
When NRG did rings 3 is one of my all time favorite videos. Looking in awe at such mechanical prowess is a fun way to spend time
Deff gotta do more of these
Yea squishy love these workshop videos keep them going🙏👍
Love this content, i suggest more of these workshop video's. They are so chill to watch, good vibe
chillest video u’ll ever see on a tuesday night
All buildings are interactable.
Ty squish for the vid, been waiting for this
Squishy: “I have to take my time.”
Also squishy: zoom zoom zoom
It's just so beautiful to see Squish flying with so much control and ease. Love these kind of vids!
These workshop map videos are very nice, would be cool if you keep making such videos
3:22 you are getting RELAXED? Everytime i play these maps i'm raging so hard, because im failing waay to much xD
Amazing car control, you should consider going pro some day✌
That was so fun to watch, like a rollercoaster
my guy is so cracked he makes my phone look brand new😶😨😳😳😳😳😳😳
2:20 bro I’m pretty sure you were supposed to land there this is supposed to be a beginner rings map
As he said he is making it harder
GarrettG’s laugh has stuck onto Squishy!
it's as relaxing to watch as you playing it
Most satisfying RL video ever 😂
I love these custom map videos
Give me more
so satisfying to watch
top tier relax vibe
Keep them coming!
I have a question, to get better, do I spend more time playing ranked or training in free play and custom training?
noone can answer that for you. If you suck at mechanics, freeplay, if you suck at rotation, game analysis, if you suck at both, play more. all depends on what you're good or bad at.
Rocket league content including Squishy? Ofcourse we want to see more of that!
i was definitley bored of comp lol love seeing these type of vids
Squishy: I swear this is my first time doing this
5:40: Ooooooohhhhh that always gets me
This was just satisfying to watch.
LETS GOO BABY MORE WORKSHOP MAPS!!!
squishy how about leth's dribble challenge? i'm sure every one would love to see u do it!
I would love to see you rocking eversax Dribble Challenge!

Man Rocket League is soooo cool. Just watching a car spin gives me so much dopamine even after thousands of hours lol thanks for content Squishy 🖤
Very satisfying
Love these videos!
Omg yesss this is cool and new! Keep it up squish
Squishy: I’ve never done this before
Also Squishy: I mess that up every time (0 death counter)
Squishy!! Controller layup!
Keep up the good work
That tapping noise is driving me insaneeeee 🤣😅
Love rings maps. Leths ice rings map is my favourite one
petition for squishy to do eversax's map
Broo u are doing great work keep it up 👍
SquishyMuffinz u need to do these what more often I loved the old ones you did.
That music fits this map so well haha
i like that, we like that. more rings maps
Only the next RLCS champion will add controller overlay for the next vid.
master of mechanics
What an interesting looking Dominus🤣 nice work though Squish!
I love these kinds of vids
I wish i had this CRAZY good car control

I wanna see him do the sudden death on a rings map he's never played before
All of sudden I wanna see squishy play with friends in workshop maps
Love this type of video. I feel like this helps sets you apart from other pro content creators.
If you are playing, the videos is always short. This challenge was really cool, amazing car control but too fast 😄
"That always gets me" yeaa...
This was insane!!!
I recently got a pc and have been doing these maps. Today I downloaded neon heights and did it, then squishy posts a video on it a couple hours later. Crazy
Love you squishy, please take care of ur mental and physical health for us ♥️
Video idea: Play with pros on some workshop maps, mixing up the content
I want to see you do the challenge maps.
With controller overlay please :)
Who remembers Sizz luck from the Mechanics Challenge XDDD
that was incredible!
Eversax map please! It would be awesome to see how your mind and mechanics tackle one of the most difficult training maps
If you did the Eversax or Lethamyrs dribbling challenge maps that would be insane, but they're long and super difficult!
Yeah just a small recommendation tho for the next rings map vid is can u put the controller overlay on the video but yeah I do fw the rings/practice videos heavy
This is why I wish workshop and stuff were on console man. It would help out so much.
Still hope man. Rocket league 2 is probably coming out sometime next year. New engine means new content.
Please try the Eversax map challenge workshop
Love your vids :)
Squishy always starts with: ''Yo what is up guys?''
Hey great video but when playing these workshop maps that require lots of precise controller movements could you put a controller cam like you use too?
PLEASE PLAY AIR DRIBBLE GAUNTLET IT IS THE HARDEST WORKSHOP MAP
Parkour map #2: It's moving. Done in Aerial while always spinning. Yes the part with spinning rectangles is doable while aerial spinning.
The controllll
Could you please add the view for your controls! I enjoy seeing your control movements!
2:30 you can indeed land on the wall
squishy saying how good ring maps are:
me, crying in front of my ps4:
love your vids m8
More workshop chellenge maps!
Would love to watch you give Panics Air Race map a go, maybe with some friends or without. Then afterwards do a react portion to the WR video.
