He's asking all the right questions and thinking about the consequences of what he's doing if he is wrong. That is a sincere person.
How do you know if you are wrong? I'm not picking one side over the other, but the question really is, which one is correct? What if it is the same God who has come to different people in different forms? Or, if you are wrong, would God recognize your incorrect faith and grant you entry to Heaven? I could ask questions all day.
Well why would god confuse his creation purposely.. We evaluate a religion, a belief by the literature .
@@fryloc359 That's a very plausible and good to question to ask. My response would be quite long if i had to flesh it all out for you. But I'll give you just one point to analyse objectively.
Right now on planet Earth. There's only One Holy Book that's been preserved in it's original language with a chain of transmission going back to the prophet pbuh himself. And a book that has been memorised by millions and millions of people, page by page, word for word and letter for letter since the time of the prophet Muhammad pbuh until now. This is evident to see. A book to which there are no interpolated, unscientific, irrational, contradictory, ahistorical and fabricated verses in it. A book filled with true guidance for our everyday lives that speaks to the human and goes in line with the natural inclination that we all share as humans. No human wakes up and believes in a 3in1 concept of mangod. Or that god is a tree or a celestial body. Or that god is a monkey or elephant. This has all been indoctrinated into us by people with corrupted and false beliefs. You and i both can come to a common idea of what a God Almighty is. That God is One. God is Self-sufficient, God is eternal, God doesn't beget nor is begotten and there's nothing like unto God Almighty. All this comes natural within the scope of reasoning. The other stuff you have to be indoctrinated to believe in, a god that dies or that god is a monkey etc

باب النَّهْىِ عَنِ ابْتِدَاءِ، أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ بِالسَّلاَمِ وَكَيْفَ يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ
Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Do not greet the kafirs aka humans, before they greet you and when you meet any one of them on the roads force him to go to the narrowest part of it.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ، - يَعْنِي الدَّرَاوَرْدِيَّ - عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " لاَ تَبْدَءُوا الْيَهُودَ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى بِالسَّلاَمِ فَإِذَا لَقِيتُمْ أَحَدَهُمْ فِي طَرِيقٍ فَاضْطَرُّوهُ إِلَى أَضْيَقِهِ " .

a research done in a university in U.K showed that if the kids are left alone without teaching then about religion or God, they will believe in only one true God, thats the natural inclination God has set in us , to recognize Him and Worship Him alone without associating partners with Him.
Sahih Muslim Hadith2658: There is none born but is created to his true nature (Islam). It is his parents who make him a Jew or a Christian or a Magian quite as beasts produce their young with their limbs perfect. Do you see anything deficient in them? Then he quoted the Qur'an., The nature made by Allah in which He has created men there is no altering of Allah's creation; that is the right religion" (ar-Rum:30)
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا مِنْ مَوْلُودٍ إِلاَّ يُولَدُ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ فَأَبَوَاهُ يُهَوِّدَانِهِ وَيُنَصِّرَانِهِ وَيُمَجِّسَانِهِ كَمَا تُنْتَجُ الْبَهِيمَةُ بَهِيمَةً جَمْعَاءَ هَلْ تُحِسُّونَ فِيهَا مِنْ جَدْعَاءَ " . ثُمَّ يَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ وَاقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ { فِطْرَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا لاَ تَبْدِيلَ لِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ} الآيَةَ

@@gromxxx GOD is a logical being by ALL examples...he also says to us to use our brains that he gives us....with that being said, if we look at the teachings of all the prophets that we CAN agree on,they should never contradict one another...on another note...do we believe the words of Jesus or the men writing about Jesus? My response to that would be Jesus. On another note...we do have factual evidence of tampering during the creation of this book called the bible...now,if we have factual evidence of tampering, do we take this book as absolute truth?

Its a simple religion, if you have questions You will find the Answer for those questions, simple and not complex, easy to understand and logical. Not only that but the quran also mentions a lot of scientific facts that Muslims discovered centuries ago and because of our raising technology all of them were proven to be true

I had a Hindu friend. He debated me on hindutva and establishing a hindu state. Then we went to the Hindu religion, discussing hindu gods. At the end of the discussion he looked at me, smiled and said: but, a god like that, like God marrying and having wife and children and having intimacy ....i don't believe that, do you believe?
I was baffled. This man was arguing on establishing a state based on a religion in whose God he does not believe in.
So, people may do strange practices but due to the fitrah inside them of worshipping one God they always suspect their acts, become doubtful and also sometimes regret it
