That is a terrible ordeal and acts of betrayal all the while dealing with a hardship to began with, I pray that the injured party the man, reach his desired outcome and found peace after this.

My brother has been incarcerated for 6yrs. Today we found out that the charge he plead guilty to in May of 2016 was dismissed in January of 2016 but the judge/prosecutor/attorney still allowed him to plea guilty to a charge that they know was dismissed. We have official court documents stating that the charge was dismissed as well as the court transcript showing the charge was dismissed. Arresting officer testified that he wasn't involved in the crime that he arrested him for! To cover up the wrong they did to my brother, They put a stipulation in his plea saying that he couldn't file an appeal or for post conviction relief. No one ever told him about those stipulations in his plea. His plea transcript proves that he was never made aware of those stipulations. We've been trying to get help for my brothers for years but EVERYONE is afraid to go against the attorney General even though they know what's being done to my brother is illegal and WRONG!

I have been denied due process and have evidenced judicial misconduct of 3 judges and 6 prosecutors and about the same amount of police proof of falsely reporting as well as collusion to corroborate false information on camera to justify my being brutalized to cover for the police lying in reports to cover for my abuser who is cousins with the sheriff deputy in my state. I am being falsely charged for assault when I was the one thrown on the ground with cuffs on . The officer who did this to me lied bc he wanted to stop me from suing my abuser bc then I would find out how he falsified the report a year prior when my partner tried to kill me. The prosecutor has been sitting on evidence for months and the judges allow all this denial of due process to cover for the cops. The police commission does to. I’m an open air prisoner on an island . I get regularly threatened by my former partner and can’t call the police bc they will retailiate on me. And the courts actively cover for this shit here
Someone needs to do this video in person not the computer voice... Like seriously, it important information and it's hard to obtain the information...

I haven't seen my daughter for 9 years going ten because a restraining order was issued against me in 2013 without me being properly served. Same thing with the child support. They don't serve you then they go to court and ask for a default.
