Dave, Thank you for all the incredible skills, entrainment and advice for the last 12 years on UA-cam. I’ve enjoyed it all since the beginning and still to today. Keep up the great work and I hope to eventually meet you in person one day. 👍👍
I have followed you since Duel Survival. You and Jack with BlackScout Survival are the only two that I really watch to show useful skills that are relevant.
It was probably well over 5 years ago i needed some help with my bow so like ya do i went to youtubes and got hooked all the way to the boat with your slingshot archery vids. Fast forward im still stuck please sir get the damn forceps. Thank you for outstanding movies and for donating knowledge like only the real deal can.
I have a black leather fanny pack I never thought to convert into a quick little go bag for short hauls , that's why I watch your channel brother and thanks , Merry Christmas and Happy new year .
That tent and stove set up is pretty awesome. It is awesome seeing how you pack your gear always gives me ideas on how to improve mine. Hope you have a Happy New year!
Awesome, man. I do love having a cot when the luxury is available. Raising myself just slightly off the ground makes me feel so much more of the heat VS. laying on the ground. I’m talking about comfortable camping, though, and doing so with a heavier duty stainless steel Winnerwell Nomad Large wood stove and accessories. I keep hearing about Helikon. I enjoy reading your book while outside.
I am strange , since I don’t own property for a bug out situation , I want to put a tent like that in my back yard with a stove just to get away and escape the sports channels my husband watches . It seems peaceful to just be with nature .
I would like to see a updated video on firearms for the common man . I loved the other videos that you made . I would just like to see one that has some of the newer firearms that are for the common man.
I'm always finding toggles in my packs like that lol. Great little pack to take with you away from camp, and you have the 5cs with the combustion device and container and I know you have a cutting tool and cordage on you and clothes for cover. Weither you got anything hunting at least it looks like a great night out indeed 👍
I learned that hoodie pillow trick when I was homeless for a minute. I'm sure that Perseverance Hoodie is a lot more comfortable at it than my cotton hoodie was. I'm pretty sure it's only a matter of time before they end up making a Woobie Anorak (if they already haven't). I'm definitely ordering one their Woobies. They should call it a "Woodie" [a hoody made of a wooby for the woods]
I like watching these highly informative videos. they have helped me immensely in my bush craft endeavors. I also appreciate that you keep it clean so my grandchildren can watch. I also used to follow corporals corner who has great content as well, but has decided to use sick sexual content more and more. I’m all for free speech, including mine so I’ve voiced my opinion to him and have been berated by the mob, of course. I know he is an instructor at pathfinder I hope you could pass this along to him that it’s really off putting and he’s alienated a huge swath of his subscribers. Thanks mr Canterbury.
Thanks for another enjoyable video, sir. I have an unrelated question for you in regards to bank line. I recently bought 1/4lb of #36. I know that it is impregnated with tar, and I got to thinking. What happens to it when it gets real hot out? Does it get messy and gooey and awful? I called the manufacturer and the lady told me that at around 90 degrees it starts to get tacky but would not elaborate on hotter temps like 100 and above. Any thoughts to share on that?
I'm looking for a good tent stove. About how long will this stove burn stoked down for the night. Me and my son like doing winter rendezvous but it does get a tad chilly here lol.
Smolder Stone ,I feel the same he has mad knowledge bout survival, bush crafting,.Mr Canterbury .I have a stupid question ❓ What would you say to somebody who hasn't backpacked or long hike or solo camped in 20 plus yrs wants to hike the Appalachian trail plus the other 2 big trails after ... . I need professional advice..
That's how I was rolling up my Carhart hoody jacket a few weeks ago when I was out camping to use as a pillow. It didn't roll up quite as tightly, but it gave me a bigger pillow.
David the last time I use my Dutch oven I left some grease in it you know to keep it from rusting I seasoned it and when I went out to cook my banty rooster today I forgot to boil it and clean it out and I went ahead and cook them and it didn't taste right you you think I'd cleaned it need to clean it before I cook again and how do you clean yours what stuff do you use and how do you do it
Hey Dave, just out of curiosity, is there anyway you could possibly do a review of the titanium rolled up flue? I think it's a really smart idea but I am concerned about durability. Lonewolf 902 is only the real reputable reviewer outside of you that I would trust for an opinion. Also, would there be anyway you could do the pomoly hot tent tarp review? I really like the fact that it's a canvas one which is perfect for bushcrafting. I'm just once again concerned about durability, but it does seem to be arguably one of the best ones on the market besides the Duluth Pathfinder one that you offer. I plan on using this in conjuction with HavenTent XL during this winter season.
Hi Dave! Nice to see you again. Which model of Pomoly tent you use? I planing to buy Pomoly titanium stove but still not sure is it Pomoly T brick ultra overkill for modified Polish lavvu.
"That's why they call it hunting" - ain't that the truth. Check out Stowaway Gourmet's venison stroganoff if you haven't tried it yet. When I first tried their Bison Chili, I said the same thing: two meals. I haven't done it yet-some damn tasty freeze-dried vittles.
Your channel was the first one that I started watching and have enjoyed for a long time. Thank you for all you do.
One of these days I'd love to take one of your survival school classes. Definitely on my bucket list. Great video by the way!
Dave,

Outstanding video. I think we can all learn from your storytelling technique.
I have followed you since Duel Survival. You and Jack with BlackScout Survival are the only two that I really watch to show useful skills that are relevant.

So cool man! Was hoping for some small game. Love and blessings from Ontario Canada!
I have been interested in the Pomoly tents for awhile or the Luxe Megahorn winter tent. Luxe makes a lot of nice winter tents.

Outstanding
Happy New Year 2022, For the Whole Family. Greetings. Thank you for everything 🙏

Nice shelter setup.
Hope to see a trapping video soon

Preparation is key at any age, we are only as young as we are willing to act eh’
I love the wooby hoody. I've also seen Cprl Kelly has one.
That's how I was rolling up my Carhart hoody jacket a few weeks ago when I was out camping to use as a pillow. It didn't roll up quite as tightly, but it gave me a bigger pillow.
You’re the best!
I really like this tent!
Great video dave subbed

Great video. Hope you got a rabbit. What was you hunting with ? Thanks
Cool set up! I'm jealous because I have cov1d right now ---so I probably shouldn't go out and sleep in the snow.
When I’m sick I go to the woods on purpose
Love the videos Dave but how about longer videos please? Over 20 minutes is optimal viewing.
Awesome stuff as always. See ya at the 2022 Pathfinder Gathering!
Gonna be huge we have sold over 100 tickets 6 months out
No snow yet Dave, lucky you
I wish!
What happened to the mountain main breakfast. That was my favorite
Hello Dave! Aqui do Brasil.
Thanks Dave 73 AB7RR Bob God Bless America
Hi Dave! Nice to see you again. Which model of Pomoly tent you use? I planing to buy Pomoly titanium stove but still not sure is it Pomoly T brick ultra overkill for modified Polish lavvu.
What do you recommend for a flashlight to add to an overnight pack? Or not worth the weight?
i shelved my sawyer and playtpus carbon filter when i got the grayl .
Hello, what is the brand of this jacket?
Where did you get the jacket?
What sleep system is that behind you???
Been looking at that stove. Are you packing it or just carry bag? Big price difference vs folding.
Carry the bag in my Jeep
Cool...
I've missed this kind of video.
Got the PKS on today instead of the Mora I see!
You can shove the entire hoodie into the pouch with the pull over version, Makes a nice long pillow also. That tent with that stove is bad a$$
3:59 what did he say that was?
Did u just have the swagman Dave and did it do good at 40 if so thx?
Yes just the swag but dressed properly and a stove below 40 is no issue
I would love to to get one of them stoves someday and a hot tent 🏕 someday
Nice pillow hack 😁
No old bay?
Nobody:
David: I have a kitchen in my 2lb kit
Nice to be pampered while hunting .

I was wondering if you happen have catalogs at your store that you can send out I'd like to have one so can order off it.
We do not buddy
👍🏻😎
$16 a meal stowaway is an I dont think so, but they are sold out of most of their inventory
You can never have too much coffee or tea.
Cool🤔
Need to get me a hot tent setup
Rockstar!
First thumbs up 👍
sup, Dave
Where’s your fuel canister for the titanium stove. 🤷🏻♂️
Strange ending to the video…lol
