  • Studies show that 100% of flexible endoscopes at sites that haven’t been conducting visual inspection have defects, which is why standards and guidelines are calling for visual inspection of every endoscope, every time.       During our studies, we used bench-mounted and hand-held magnifiers provided by Healthmark. Some external images were captured using an M8 Lenovo Android tablet. We also used borescopes from Clarus, Healthmark and Steris (Cantel/Medivators) to capture external images.
