I was building a budget gaming pc and I bought Gigabyte's b450m motherboard, it stopped working only after 1 week, they repaired it for free without any issues but when I asked them, "Kya hua kya problem thi?", they were like, "ab ho gya hai thik". They didnt tell me what was the issue. That bugged me a lot because why would you not tell the customer about the product he's using
There is no issue with the PSU. I have a M27q monitor, it had an issue got the replacement right away from the Nehru place service centre. Was offered a good service.

I am gonna share my experience here, I had a P550B PSU that exploded out of the blue one day, thankfully it did not damage any of my other components. I took it to the service center(It happened within a year so I had warranty) There, they told me they'll take approx 2 weeks to replace the product. So because my cousin is in IT Sector, he knows some rep in gigabyte. I asked for a favor and my cousin called someone in gigabyte and that guy called someone at the service center and somehow they immediately got me a P650B and said "We are gonna give you an upgrade to compensate for your loss." I am happy but at the same time I am sad. The first impression was bad, people at service center weren't co operative and they didn't wanna help. There I also saw them refusing a gpu which they declared that it was used for mining. WHAT THE F*CK MAN. How do you know if the gpu was used for mining? I left and I never got to know whether they accepted that boy's gpu or not.

I had a Corsair VS650 psu in between 2019 and 2021 and it damaged 2 mobos( gigabyte Z390 and B365M ) within 2 years. I and my service centre never knew my psu was not working properly until i upgraded to a newer psu. Then after everything was working fine i realized how suspicious your build could be in terms of diagnosis and services for your hardware.
People's like you are a con for Indian pc industry. Vs is a budget series psu manufacturer. Vs is good for 450w and 500w psu. Use RM, RMX type series psu for 550w or more

I bought ASUS laptop for gaming and it overheated like crazy. I can game on it only during winter, in summer it just overheat and stopped in 15 minutes. I also drilled holes in the bottom near processor and gpu. ASUS changed 2 motherboard in warranty in 3 years and 1 after warranty. After i had to shell out 15k for motherboard i removed the motherboard from the case and put it in an old cabinet and used it as desktop. Service good but worst 70k i ever spent that made me hate Laptops.

bhai same happened with me in 2019 they actually never fix anything but they clean it with alcohol thats why they are not allowed to tell.
By god's grace, been using gigabyte b450mds3h and it's still going strong to this day. Maybe some of their products are bad but not all of them.

Using Msi for more than 3 years, no service required till now
i am using 2 msi pc boards for the last so many years, never had any issue with them, in fact going to buy msi meg z690 ace mobo for a other high end pc
I dropped my asus gpu 2 times still working 😂

It's about Service Centre
But don't buy gigabyte PSUs
And other Gigabyte Products is Fine 🥱
Specially if ur purchasing Latest Components like Intel 12th gen Boards or AmD 5 series motherboard

Mera gigabyte ka h310m motherboard ko ek dukkan dar ne kharap kardia usne mujhe bola ki ap 8din wait Karo apka motherboard replace kardege but me bola ki nhi mujhe 8din kelia ek motherboard dedo shopkeeper ne dedia. Fir 8din hogya shopkeeper ne bola due to lockdown shipments nhi ayahe abhi 20months hogya (1year + 8months) abhi tak mera motherboard mujhe nhi mila ab toh me system upgrade bhi karida hu 🤣 so for me gigabyte is bad . That's I bought msi b660 instead of gigashit

The gave me a replacement even they told me the motherboard is fine but I requested them for a replacement so they sent me a new one

@@syaamlal3197 I sent my MB for replacement and first they sent it back saying it was fine. I had a little argument with them and they agreed on sending a replacement. Later I found out they were right and it was faulty cpu.

Asus ka motherboard damage ho gya tha .. joki rare chances me hi kharab hota hai.... Service centre wala bola motherboard pura nanga karke lao... Cpu cabinet sab kuch hata ke lao... Cpu hatane ke chakkar me i5 ki pin bend ho gyi... Jabki gigabyte ka motherboard bhi kharab hua tha ek zamane me waha ke service centre wale ne khud motherboard ko nanga kara.... mera motherboard 7 se 8 times krab hua but mujhe repair krka diya hai gigabyte ka product ache hai but replacement dena cahiye.
