Tyler, this is ur right therapist. I watched an early utube of urs and you said…how do you find a good therapist? I needed this. Thanks. Thank you Yats!
I ask that question too. The guy I'm suppose to be with, have I met him? or do I not know him yet? I'm praying for him, wherever he is and I can't wait to meet him!!
Please have Yats back. Maybe even a series focusing on different members or just different issues. He’s really good for the podcast members and listeners. Thanks for introducing him to us !!
This was so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing this with the world. Yats is incredibly insightful and wise! I cannot believe how effortlessly he spoke about topics, such as generational trauma, that are always so difficult to process and put into words. Yats should be a once a month feature!! :) This episode gave so much courage and strength to people who didn't even know where to begin.
I believe what he is saying. I am tomorrow going to be 82. Many years ago I went through Christian counciling. They had me to write a letter to my little girl & promise to take care of my little girl. As a little girl, I was abused sexually . And it changed who I was to be. But It took me 10 yrs. To learn to love myself. Not in a haulty way but unconditional way. My good, bad & ugly. I still journal to this day.
Another great job Yats! You’re an amazing professional in therapy. In my experience very similar to Tyler’s childhood, I’ve experienced traumatizing anxious attachment to my father. He never expressed internal love or praise. With the term ‘conflict’ discussed, I avoid any feeling of rejection onto myself by laughing it out or becoming my own comedian. This has changed positively in my routine way of validating inner self worth. Try this Tyler and hope it helps. 🙂
Yats is pretty amazing Calm app has helped me in the past w meditation hard to stick to it as you feel better , yats if you read these how can you really continue when you start feeling a lot more reset Your natural inclination at least for me seems to be to quit once it starts working

Tyler shouldn’t need to pay anyone to come on as a guest and discuss relationships. He’ll go broke.
@@SheBitesUncensored huh ??
