Absolutely Freak. It just looks so easy here but this game is hard as fuck. As a child it took me many many weeks to play this through. But I did it and i proudly to this day.
Would it be faster in the mm2 bosses to go bubble, heat, quick, then flash? Cus bubble man only takes 2 damage from his weakness per shot and the atomic fire does massive damage to quick man, and a fully charged atomic fire does more damage to flash man than ice slasher, as well.
I could glitch that when you wait a half of the music in the Japanese version of megaman dr. wily's revenge (Rockman World) and you selected iceman quicker by pressing both the right and start buttons, you will have a crash in the game.
Other than the mole section in Wily Castle, which has been improved by 0.46 seconds after this movie was made, everything is optimal to my knowledge. Damage boosts/invincibility usage should all be optimal as well.

3:44 is the movement of these enemies actually RNG?
Can you say how optimised this is? The invisibility frame strat at some points looks not 100% optimised, isn't it? I am not an expert.
