Try their cover of SOAD Chop Suey with also Violet Orlandi. Really neat backstory on that one. As I understand it, Violet, Addie, and Lauren had become mutual fans but hadn’t physically met yet when COVID lockdowns hit. While everyone was locked into their homes, Addie and Brad and Joe (Halocene) coordinated everyone recording their own parts in home studios, they sent the files to Brad for production, and presto!
Growing up with Halocene as a local band in AZ was an experience! Watching them become international sensations was so cool. Their Twitch streams are bangers every time!
I'm a huge fan of both Halocene and Lauren, more reactions to either of them would be something I'd love to see. Addie and Lauren are both awesome vocalists, and Brad from Halocene isn't a bad singer either (his screams are actually really good, and he does pretty impressive harmonies with Addie). Both Halocene and Lauren (and her band Red Handed Denial) have a ton of covers and originals I bet you'd like. For Halocene, I'd suggest their covers of "Circus" and "Duality" or their originals "Vita Nova" and "Maleficent" as songs you'd enjoy. For Lauren, I'd suggest her metal cover of the Britney Spears song "Toxic".
Halocene's covers are among the best to be produced. You should check out their My Chemical Romance covers feat. Violet Orlandi and Lauren Babic, All The Things She Said feat. Violet Orlandi, The Catalyst cover, etc... Violet Orlandi and Lauren Babic covers are also amazing. You cannot go wrong with anything these three ladies put out.
Another nice cover from Holocene and Laura is Popular Monster - Falling in Reverse.
Halocene is one of my favourite bands. Their originals are fantastic but their cover of Watch the World Burn is unreal.

I still like the original more, but this was a very good cover, I'd listen to this one just as much though. And no, I had this name long before Amaranthe released the original song, but I was really glad when I came across the song and even more pleased when I really liked it as well, it is on my daily playlist.
