You can hold T (if the setting is on) to rapidly loot everything near you. You can also place building structures as long as you have at least one needed item in your inventory.

Most aren't very helpful, but that's why this one is kind of a gem. Trying to go into more detail to help you do these things yourself. But none of them go into enough depth to be considered a tutorial.
