Thank you. I am in law school and want to practice in these areas. I went through a lot of difficulties when my parents and grandmother became ill. My grandmother had to go into a nursing home due to TIAs and falling. My father went missing for 5 days and when he was found, he had had a stroke and suffered dementia-like symptoms for the next 6 years. After their deaths, my mother needed heart valve replacement and passed away also. No plan was in place for any of these situations. As an only child, I became a caregiver for 17 years with my mother still trying to dominate although losing control due to illness. I have first-hand experience in these areas. It can be overwhelming and create opportunities for abuse and neglect if not prepared for in advance and handled by a trusted individual or entity.

This old man says we need Inheritance Administrations not Estate Planning.
