As somebody that wants to start streaming in the black desert community . Watching people like fake and blue actually helps u understand what goes on about being a streamer so for that i thank them .
The same problem exists all over the internet now. They focus more on numbers than experience.
So people are just constantly looking for those experiences.
And streamers are frustrated for the same reasons netizens now hate the internet. It was a haven for people with great ideas or opinions different from the common conversations on the street.
Well, now 90% of the internet is like Twitter or its extreme opposite. Even sick people trying to normalize the most toxic behaviors that could only be found using Tor before.
Same goes for Twitch, it's basically like TV now. Often times, gaming channels with only a small amount of views, are even used to stream porn for months. Until Twitch realizes the problem XD.
Yes, people have good reasons to hate e-girls, afk streamers, reactions, etc.
But to people like Blue, I repeat: "They are the opposite of extreme." They seek to support only their already developed opinion. Of course they are open to hearing other points of view, but "never to accepting them" (quite common in the USA, I must say).

Watching someone grind 12 hours a day , instead of me grinding 12 hours a day? Which one ? The only interesting bdo streams are the ones with opening rng boxes or some pvp content. The others are literally for drops , play , mute and claim...
true though. The gameplay is incredibly boring to watch most the time. I only pop into Vortex's stream here and there to say hello to them (played with them for some time on GW2) and otherwise I go to these channels for drops. If I want to be entertained I go to youtube channels, such as here. PvP streams is the only thing I'll actually watch. Though none of this has to do with the personality of the streamers, but what is being streamed.

BDO streams are either watch someone grind in circles, or node war. Or, in blues case, don't really even stream bdo and actually just be a react content streamer under the guise of bdo.

Both you and Blue have way more patience than I would have, imo Ghost knows exactly what he is doing and has been doing for a long time. Several streamers have tried to explain to him what he was doing was not ethical and hurts other streamers and he did not care. He has convinced himself that since he is streaming afk content he is justified to stream it live with drops and ads 24/7.
He's definitely started making changes since being called out. Which is GOOD!

ghost as a content creator doesnt take it seriously and i dont think he ever will but unless your an active viewer of his content why would you care if this is the case or not him doing his own thing doesnt negatively effect anyone else. i think there is a clear difference between 24/7 afk drop streams where majority of the time they arent there and what ghost does where hes active 15-20 hours a day and when hes away instead of ending stream he just leaves it on. he said hes not just going to sit there and talk to himself when no one is in chat which is fine cause if you do that you are a crazy person. i think time = effort so your message of 'your content compared to mine, it would be no contest' is correct except you would lose by default. maybe you have a different definition of what effort is. also from 26:36 to 31:18 both blue and you are simply ignorant but its okay your content creators you think you know everything and cant possibly be wrong

AFK drop streaming is not allowed because it is abuse of the drop system as outlined in the TOS.
AFK streaming with ads to viewers who categorically do not interact with stream is not allowed. Functionally this is no different than viewbotting in the eyes of Twitch.
On the second point Twicth/Amazon might even have a leg to say what he is doing is defrauding the advertisers.
And no, just because people on TikTok say this is an infinite money glitch doesn't mean it actually is.

Why are they even arguing about it? If the dude wants to afk stream, he has that right. You don't have to like it, but he doesn't have to stop. Edit: Horse training is literally an AFK activity. It's more gameplay than some streamers do for BDO. So, good for him.

And watching the higher ups cryoehr at the mouth to pay and influencers rather than increase their pay. If I was a game dev, and BTW I'm mostly on your aide but, I'd be doing exactly what they are doing to gamers now. You would to. Your livelihood is at risk against a mob of people who can think and act freely online within reason while your hands are tied and your wages are stagnant.
Creating content can be alot more work than you think if you put in the time and hustle. It also can be easy ASF if you just sit there, sleep and let it run itself.

You're old enough to know what it was like when a new game released, no one knew how to do anything. There is reason we are all chasing that again. It's not the developers fault. Much like we are pissed KR gets it first, if some one is going to film the answers live, in a game based on real life money it'd be disingenuous not to watch and save yourself time and money. Taking all the fun out of it. In a perfect world no one would film and troll each other with the answers and proof of completion. But we all wanna be famous and have proof we did the thing with pixels.

The guy is kind of right, he is not rebroadcasting, he is not using static images. It is actual gameplay. Now whether he is actively playing himself or whether the game has some auto-play feature is never mentioned in the Twitch support message. So really, it's up to twitch to clarify and set clear rules. There are streamers who never read chat, that should not be a requirement in the first place and is not a metric that somebody should be punished on.

by that comment you're telling us that you've never played bdo. Anyone who plays knows in order to get Guru in any profession there has to be a ton of AFK. Bdo you can leave running in the background while working on professions. which is something you should never stream because you're taking away from new content creators that actually play the game. I use to be in a guild with Ghost. He was ALWAYS AFK. The only time he wasnt afk is when guild missions reset and he would knock all the out for the money and no one could get a chance to do them. All he does is afk. He's not a grinder or a pvper. How can you turn down a 1v1 against Blue, who has admitted hes terrible at pvp but great at shotcalling. Ill tell you why, because ghost doesnt know his class all he does is Afk farm professions lol.

OK dude. Can we be a little bit more fair? You edited this video for at least 5 hours on stream with drop on the entire time without any LIVE gameplay whatsoever. He has LIVE gameplay (LIVE gameplay for horse training literally looks like that, if you don't do horse training, think about cooking/alchemy), not through streaming unrelated content like static images, rebroadcasts of past VODs/footage, just don't have an active chat to interact with. You have no LIVE gameplay, editing a past VODs/footage, and just talking to chat the entire time. But you are the one in the right he is the one in the wrong? If it is not bullying I don't know what is.

You make a point that the twitch support is a part of the TOS. It really is not, the TOS is something you agree to upon signing up with their service. It must be directly and clearly stated in that link. Just because a representative of the company says something, does not make it TOS. It needs to be black on white in the correct page that is linked to upon signing up for their service.
In their "Spam, Scams, and Other Malicious Conduct" page it does not clearly state that what he is doing is against TOS. So therefor, unless you can link me a page on their TOS where it says it is, you guys are completely and utterly in the wrong.
