I just want to say that your stop motions have always been INSANE and this one isn't an exception.
This is an absolute masterpiece, to the character movement and the special effects. Amazing.

Candy Vegitto always makes me wonder if him retaining his sentience and power was because of the fusion has some sort of unique trait of if it's just that anyone in DB could do that as long as they're OP or technically proficient enough.
Their dual minds are so strong, they can resist even being turned into an inanimate object.
The potara fusion using its rivalry boost is why I think it's most effective
@@SubstituteKurosaki06 Oooh, I like that theory! So you'd say it's more due to Vegitto's dual mind and the rivalry boost rather than just his sheer power and technical prowess. I wonder if that means Piccolo could perhaps retain his sentience as a candy too, since he does have Nail in him. Then again, Neil did claim he'd completely vanish into Piccolo's subconscious with time, so they might not count after all. Maybe someone possessed by Baby?
@@RosencrantzxGuildenstern It's certainly a possibility, but Baby and his victims have minds that do not work in harmony, so I doubt they could pull it off.
The sole combination of fused fighting power and Godly "magic" that Potara Fusion (comes from the kais after all) provides is probably the best theory that I could imagine. But I think other fusions like merged warriors could do this too! Because Majuub pulls off this feat in Dragon Ball GT as well after Baby reflects his chocolate beam and eats him, as he reveals himself to be alive later on and no longer a chocolate. Considering Vegito couldn't even do that, that magic side is definitely a thing.
After all, Buu and Uub always did have an important relationship, which is similar to Piccolo and Kami. I think the reason Piccolo could not is because he lacks the magic aspect, but that's my take.
