I loved building this set and adding my own little parts to the kitchen, front entrance, display case, and other bits and pieces around the building. The top structure is a tea ceremony room in mine since I didn't add the lighting. I'm thinking about getting light bricks to give it a nighttime look. I wouldn't bother with the lighting kit. The wires break off easy and they go through tiles so it's sorta partially permanent. Easier with light bricks imo. Thanks so much for supporting our store! Super appreciate it.

I bought an item from Mould king blocks. But then I found out that Mould king blocks are a knock off of the original Mould king. Is Mould king blocks a reliable seller ?
There’s only one online store than I know that is legit and it’s Cada. All the others that say they are official aren’t unfortunately. Mould King did put out an official statement that there is no official store. That said I think most should be ok (maybe just higher cost or slow shipping) but will still ship your item. But I can’t say for sure if they are reliable or not. I’ve heard people get their sets from there without any probs. Best is go visit the lepin page in Reddit and see the starter guide. They’ll help you out too. Good luck!
I have read some sellers (esp if you trying to find it dirt cheap) will send without a manual...but yes all the sets we sell comes with instructions. What makes Mould King modular sets a little more unique is the lighting kits don't have the manuals. You'll have to get the pdf with it and install it during the build (pain in the ass imo). Hope that helps.
Sure do! All MK sets have a light kit that has a separate installation guide. However the wires are very thin and can be quite easy to damage if you're not careful.
Awesome looking set. I love this design and the moving features. The loose tiles problem could be solved easy and my guess is they did it so reduce the costs of this set, but it would not be a deal breaker. But first I have to build the Tram set that I received from you guys today from your previous video, and the cardboard background arrived in perfect condition, because your extra care with the extra big Fedex box to keep the background and the 2 baseplates safe.
Yes!! Makes me so happy to hear. We have about 8 damaged backgrounds here...thankfully all have been replaced. Grrrrrr if you have any problems or anything missing just let us know. Seems the company isn’t quite perfect yet lol.
Because of Scottie's review, I used extra bricks to build up the floors and have no trouble with tiles not sticking. Thank you, Scottie, for alerting us to that problem.
Shame on you, Mould King, for using so many stickers rather than printed parts. Other than that, I'm pretty impressed. I'd buy this set in an instant if I wasn't going for a 1940s setting with my diorama. Both the interior and the exterior of this building are just too modern for the modular city I'm building. But that's really the only reason why this set isn't on my shortlist. This set has so many awesome details!
