I'm a atheist but I think it's like any other form of conversation Christians can engage with religious talk in the workplace if the other person is willing to talk about religion if the other people asks them politely to stop talking about god with them then they should respect that I've seen some respectful Christians and other not so respectful but I also don't like anyone talking behind other people's back or bullying. If someone who isn't religious either mocks someone's faith or talks behind their back about them instead of politely asking them to stop talking about religion then they are the problem.
Let's pray for those who are lead to him, and the conversation that arise.
