Dear Sir/Madam, Good morning, I was applied trade mark registration on 06/04/2024, later on i got examination report on 27/06/2024, as follows "Applicant is required to amend the applicant category from OTHER to SINGAL firm by filling TM-M with requisite fee" .for above queries i was filed TM-M correction of clerical error or for amendment u/s-37 and same replied in miscellaneous reply but i got objected. Hence i was trying to file TM-A in small enterprises and changing category to OTHER to SINGAL firm then update mail and mobile no but unable edit in name and address columns. kindly check out and resolve the problem at earliest.

TM-A we select small enterprises or other.. then we can change other to single firm then updating mail id and phone no then state and district but unable update address and name so that unable to save file @@airbuysell

you can't change TM-A, you can file only TM-M
