A bag like this is nice to use at an event where you need both hands to eat or drink and you don't want a purse. Its just big enough for tissue, keys, or whatever. I'm going to make this with the pocket on the inside. I don't like double handles so will make a cross body strap instead. This is a great tutorial!

When topstitching the handles, the drawstrings, and the corner seams, what seam allowance do you use?
I'm a beginner, so still learning when to use the correct seam allowance.😊
Also have you thought about selling patterns? Your channel is amazing to learn bag making
Seam allowance of topstitch is about 0.2 cm and drawstring and corner seams are 1 cm

What kind of sewing thread do you recommend? For the courdoroy
For the coudoroy, you can use a normal thread same as use with other fabric.( thread that I use in video is 100% polyester thread)💖😍

Do you mean sewing strap?
You can use cotton as an alternative strap material. It will be easier because corduroy is thicker☺️✌️
