How I miss Udit Narayan singing for Aamir Khan! Their voices are so similar. When I first listened to Papa Kehte hain, I thought it was Aamir himself singing. I was a kid then and wasn’t aware of playback singing. To this day, it still catches me by surprise when I listen to Papa Kehte Hain.
Raat ka nashi abhi by chitra ma'am from srk- kareena movie ASOKA is her best hindi song. Hope you guys will react to it one day

Munna is the name of the Aamir's character in the movie, Bhai is a term used to define Don. And, the song is not about where he is impressing a girl, its a talk about lifestyle, where the girl says you must care about your dressing sense, and he justifies his style.

Tha album of Rangeela is always special as it is the first Bollywood project of A.R Rahman.
Its the second. First is kabhi na kabhi. But its release got delayed and first came rangeela which was originally second movie of A. R. Rahman.

Aamir has many and you have seen most. But his debut film (QSQT) Qayamat se qayamat tak....will be the cutest one. The most iconic trend setting superstar launching huge film which was not perceived to be huge untill it was released.
It launched Aamir and Juhi Chawla into the orbit. Iconic is the word for every scene and music. Very simplistic lovable characters played by everyone.

Now just two more to go 🤭 Pyar Yeh Jaane Kaisa Hai and Spirit of Rangeela'. Come on! Watch both before watching the movie. And also, personally, I am in the minority loving Rangeela. May not be as popular as DDLJ, but was revolutionary in so many ways. It was modern, fresh, almost believable (except for some situations). The performances are undoubtedly great from everyone including the supporting actors. The music is undoubtedly great and iconic. The choreography, costumes, cinematography were all pathbreaking. The story as simple as it is, was relatable. Light and fun to watch. DDLJ and Rangeela are two different stories with different treatments. Both good in their own ways. Some liked DDLJ, some Rangeela and I loved the latter.

DDLJ is not Grease. It’s more than just a love story and a story about immigrants, nostalgia, and assimilation. There’s a lot going on in that film.
Don't explain. It is something they can't understand. Same thing like we can;t have the same feeling about American independance. Any film made on it can't impress us as much as it would to them.

Performance wise in terms of his earlier films you should actually watch Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahi (based on It Happened One Night). Of course you should watch his debut Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. Just a great film. If you want to watch an Aamir film where you will actually hate everything, there are a few but nothing better than Aatank Hi Aatank (based on The Godfather). But please don't.

This was how Bollywood music turned to a new dimension and to a modern era of music after ARR entered their industry after making massive hits in Tamil film industry. Now the bollywood and hindi people has thrown away ARR because he is from Tamil Nadu and in a musical concerts he played Tamil songs of his original Tamil compositions along with more Hindi songs was also played in that concert but still then Hindi people falsely set an allegations on him that he only concerted the Tamil songs adding to this the concert was actually named in Tamil 'Netru Indru Naalai' in tamil concert they definitely gonna play Tamil songs right? without understanding the dubass hindi people made ARR to a guilty state of mind and asked for a refund.
This is how India runs Politics too, the Union govt collects more taxes from South india and serves more to North india.
All ARR effects and dedication on his music journey mostly shown to the world as Bollywood music but the truth is that ARR's hindi songs mostly are dubbed and reused version of his original Tamil songs. This is how hindi people riding on other regions talents and showing as theirs to the Western world.

The difference between Rangeela and DDLJ is the budget. Rangeela was made on a shoe-string budget whereas DDLJ had the blessings of Yash Raj productions. Even then Rangeela in many ways re-launched Amir Khan's career.
Even though Rangeela had less budget than DDLJ .
Rangeela looks so cool with its contemporary style cinematography , grounded characters , it doesn't look outdated .
