Cracked hard cookies are not subway cookies / Easy to make chewy and delicious subway cookies

Are recent Subway Cookies the same as before ?
Now they are hard and not chewy.
This is the recipe which is very easy to make Subway Cookies with an original chewy and sweet texture.
ingredients

1/4 cup of milk (60ml, 60g)
Half cup of melted unsalted butter (120ml, 120g)
1/3 cup of white sugar (80ml, 65g)
2/3 cup of brown sugar (160ml, 140g)
a pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5ml, 5g)
1 and 3/4 cup plain flour flour (420ml, 255g)
2 teaspoons of baking powder (10ml, 5g)
Half cup of macadamia nuts (120ml, 60g)
Half Cup of White Chocolate Chips (120ml, 70g)
180(355F) fan forced for 12~15 minutes
