i’ve never experienced that, it feels really hydrating. it think it would work no problem if you let it dry really well and then blend the concealer gently in tapping motions. imo anything can work with anything if done carefully and gently

Does the primer cling to dry patches? Also, will it work with a silicone based concealer? :)
