It's awesome that a strong guitar tone was kept throughout the song. I know Chromatics tend to lean on the synths(which i love and is a huge reason why i listen to them) but you kept the soul of the song intact. The emotion and that sense of loss is still felt throughout the song. Great job.
Glad this is online, but nothing compares to Ruth solo on-stage live. Last year in Portland will stick with me for some time. During the last few months of the plague I continue to return back to this and let it wash over me. I'm also a big fan of Neil Young's version live at FarmAid in 1985... check that out if you are unaware. Neil's version is also amazing in different ways.
