Simply use your ear phone to listen & a Vishnu Sahasranama Book any language , Follow the Slokas while listening daily , atleast for an Year. If possible atleast Twice a day, otherwise Once is a Must. Part - 1 in this sloka mentioned, by listening bad dreams, fear, doubts, angry, laziness & many negative thoughts decrease & slowly distances from the one who chants forever for Sure. It is usually observed that one enjoys by listening rather than chanting any slokas, while reading one's concentration sometimes diverts to many thoughts , while listening it revolves around panchindriya, thus concentration to the highest level. 🙏🌷🌷🌷🙏
The chanting sounds seems that way, it could not be a jealous. Example in 1990s era there were temples who tapeon audios of Venkateswara Suprabhatam, and many such as per Hymns related to deity. Later on these became restricted due to public disturbance etc. So due to quick shift in our own culture, ,for some people this is not psychogically habituated.
