I started planting mid February. Our last freeze was the 19th of February. Fingers crossed no major freezes . Good luck with your garden

I guess you are confident that you will not have any frost, here, we would not have beans, tomatoes or potatoes in the ground yet. Our 'local' tradition is to plant potatoes between St Joseph's day (19th March) and Good Friday.
I have always had potatoes in the ground by February 14th and onions shortly afterwards. I looked at the 30 day forecast and no more freezing temperatures are predicted for us but we will see. Thanks and have a great weekend

Nice set up. That's an old wash tub. Usually don't get anything in the ground here until mid-June, due to frost. Lost everything last year due to too much rain. Best to ya on the growing season.

I would have to hashtag me in the produce section at the store. LOL We used to do a big garden at my in-laws that are farmers. They laid it all out with their tractor but we have not done that in several years.

How's she goin'? We're a ways away from planting up here!! Maybe another month and a half we'll be thinking about starting!! LOL I like your irrigation system. I had a 'soaker' hose system in our garden but the soaker hoses would clog up with algae from the water from the lake!! Take 'er easy!!

We have a very similar irrigation system in our raised beds. We have some cold weather stuff in the ground, but our last official frost day is May first so we have to be careful.
Like you say, you never know what the weather will bring. But fingers crossed I’m safe and I will get a jump on the heat of summer. Have a great weekend
