Wait to title your royal spouse in gameplay (Do not give them the trait in CAS) this may cause your goals to not read your titles when given to complete an aspiration. In this case you will want to use the cheat to complete it.
First, enter "testingcheats true", and with cheat codes active, you can perform the following:
