This was a great match. It's a shame someone had to win, I really enjoy both of these players. It's going to be a tough call on who to root for tomorrow, but Murphy is one of my favorite players so probably him. But I'll be happy either way. Kyren has been on fire since he became World Champion. Also, is the 147k still on for someone getting two 147s in the Triple Crown events? Because if so I wouldn't be surprised to see Murphy do all he can to get another one in.
Is it just me or when players bring their absolute A game to earlier parts of tournaments, they somehow run out of steam in the later stages? Trump demolished Ding and today didn't have an answer. Selby completely erased Carter from the tournament like the referees squash the flies, then lost to Allen in a pretty weird manner. Same thing happened to Ronnie in the World's, nearly whitewashed Jackson Page and then got beaten by Bingham. Works in reverse as well, Wilson almost didn't get through Brecel in the previous round and now mopped up the floor with Trump in the 2nd part of the match. Pretty weird.
@ Actually, Murphy is on an upward trajectory, he even rated his own performance against Gary Wilson a 6/10. Then against Robertson he botched his own 147 attempt but he played better. We all saw what happened today, and against a much more dangerous player at the moment. But of course I'm not saying it's law of physics or anything, this certainly doesn't apply to every player. But it happens often enough to be quite a phenomenon :)
I agree, more often than not the person who wins a tournament has a few tough/shaky matches on their way to victory. Obvs there’s exceptions but it’s very rare someone will play well all the way through and win.
Weird or in other word “arranged”. What we see is only a small portion of what it really is. Sports have been commercialized for a long time. Nothing is what it seems. Keep believing like the majority is safe and boring.
Commiserations to Judd, still a great champion for me. Congratulations to Kyren and good luck in the final.
What a match ...Kyren starting to look the champion that he is...Murphy/Wilson could be a classic final....love both players
Borrrriiinng

There’s certainly no love lost between these two.. it maybe a mutual respect but they ain’t mates
Kryen Alien 😂❤
Back to Hong Kong for Mr Trump
Wilson will get smashed by Murphy tomorrow and be crying in the arena again like when Allen beat him in 2018 😢
I’m thinking Murphy chokes.
cry now😂 just like kyren smashed trump
Go on Murphy
唯有囧哥!Only Brother囧(Jiong)
Giants?
Serio? :)
Trump was poor tonight sadly. When he’s on it Wilson isn’t it his league.
Personally find Wilson tedious both on and off the table
I'm sorry but kyren never let judd play his game...I think that's more credit to kyren than judd playing poor.
