I think you have to push and turn to lock the attachment pieces in. I think it should say in the pamphlet or manual instructions or website. Also your hair came out beautiful. Dyson is a very good blow dryer.

It shouldn't be popping out. (I own one, lol) I don't think you have it clicked all the way down. It should never pop out. Also, your finger could be hitting the lock. Sidenote, I would never buy something that expensive from Amazon, there are always middlemen and dupes.
I thought the same thing until a Dyson representative says it’s defective. Also a few others experienced it as well but I’m glad yours wasn’t. Hopefully overtime it holds up.

I like the smoothing brush better than the round brush only because it faster for me to dry my hair with. I’m not good at round brushing. I’ve had mine almost 2 years. The more I use it the better I like it. Your hair came out beautiful 😍

Fren!!! This is giving salon silk press it’s giving everything! I need you to get my hair right like wowwww😍😍😍😍 but Uhhh why does it pop off though it’s such a nice blow out with that attachment but it makes it impossible to deal with when the attachments don’t stay on😩 but you atee down😍😍
It turned out beautiful. If you use a blow dryer brush that doesn't detach, trust me, it will be easier to use.

Do you find that cleaning out your hair from it is hard? Weird question I know lols, I currently own the revlon hairbrush blow dryer and that’s the one thing I hate about it. If you’ve ever used what are your comparative thoughts?
Okay, but are you down to try the shark flex style ! they have a similar brush, its $250 and I never have a problem with the attachments coming off but I never see anyone with our hair use it.

It may have kept falling off if it wasnt in the lock position, however, your hair turned out BOMB honey 💯

You need to straight it first with the other things and then use the round one to style it the way u want it, after is straight so it would work smoothly and not pop out
Think you should use the comb for half way then brush attachment. That what I’m thinking to do.
