Dear Remi/ The haters Some of you keep saying Remi has gotten cocky because of her weightloss. As someone who struggles with her weight. Let me begin by telling you.. it really sucks when all your friends are way skinnier than you and everyone around you seems to think they are more attractive or better than you because your friends are skinnier. She chose to loose the weight to make HERSELF happy and this cockyness you see is just self confidence that she never used to show before because now she has a body she is confident and happy in. Lost all her friends? You don't know the true reason why. Sometimes people just aren't happy when they see you doing good for yourself so maybe she cut off that negativity. Regardless, stop hating. If you hate the person she has become now.. leave her channel instead of putting her down. This girl is happy , healthy and she says it tons of times... eating and working out the way she does now gives her an overall better feeling. Maybe ya'll should take some tips so you won't be so bitter 🤷❤

Hey girl! I would suggest not working out suuuuperrr hard at the beginning, so that you’re just a little sore, but not too much. Maybe just try walking around the block for a little bit, and then add in some squats and blogilates videos. That’s what I’ve been doing and have lost 5 pounds so far!
