this gives the level an entirely different feel when the main character is actually black originally, it was pretty weird to have a bunch of white boyz attacking another white boy while yelling that hes inferior to them
Not too weird, they think Cash is a half-breed, they also say in their dialogues "some of these guys are not too white" meaning that they would just attack every person who isn't as white as they'd like them to be, to the point of even judging each other in their own gang, their stupidity is pretty accurate to some irl groups that are similar to the Skinz.

You can't, it's a mod for the PC version of the game, that's why it doesn't have camera angles like the other executions.
