Your flower design on your socks is very pretty. It’s even easier to do colourwork on a sweater than the small circumstance of socks. Thanks for the new podcast recommendation.
Your crochet cardigan looks amazing, even though you had originally wanted something more oversized. A Request: Would you be able to show us the placement of the colours? Was it largely random, or did you decide to alternate dark/light? (Perhaps you could draw a rough sketch to show on camera.) I am about to start a stash-busting project (the Sweet Shoppe Blanket) and although I’ve looked at the FOs on Ravelry, I’d love to know how you went about your colour placement (even though you made a garment, not a blanket). Cheers!
Hello! Thank you :) for the color placement, I went randomly! I made all the squares individually, and at the end I layed them all on the floor to assemble them in a way that I liked! I have a photo of that in my second episode around 28:53 if that helps! I did try to space them out so that the darkest ones would not be touching each other if that makes sense. Yes I was referring to her comment!! I have started to watch her channel recently and I also enjoy everything she makes and have been enjoying her craftmas episodes lately! And I currently don’t have a job, it has been very difficult to find something in my field (cellular and molecular biology research). Hopefully I will find something soon, or look at other options :)
