We can also see that as Luci carries Charlie on his back, they are surrounded by golden essence (?)/liquid, which Charlie touches as they fly around. Now, when you go back to watching episode 1 of Hazbin Hotel, you can see from Alastor's commercial that there was a sticky note saying "NO TACKY CIRCUS DECOR!
