This is a song by the NWOBHM band Avenger and is titled On The Rocks. This song is off their 1984 release titled Blood Sport on Neat Records. As I recall Avenger and Satan switched members or something.

This is the Brian Ross version,obviously his voice is a lot more recognisable than Ian Swift's,Brian Ross has the best of of NWOBHM after Bruce Dickinson.
