- I started this video a long time ago back to when i still liked Clarke. I could not finish it, but since my channel is dead I thought I should finish it anyway.
I’m really disappointed by Clarke Griffin and disappointed by The 100 in general because of that season 7...

Nobody is better than Clarke
There it goes my favorite character of this entire show. Human, strong, it was such a pleasure to see the journey of this strong girl who became an even stronger woman, full of flaws, choices, and with so much pain. Such a blessing to see her doing everything for her people, being a leader, and then finding love, losing it, crying, suffering, until she found the person she loved the most, her daughter, and became a mom for six happy years. To put not her people first anymore, but her child. To make decisions, and to suffer from them. To choose who should die and who shouldn't, in order to protect the ones she loved the most, and always choosing to sacrifice herself for her friends, her family. She was Clarke until the end, and even if her ending wasn't the happiest one (she should've been the happiest woman), it was the fitting ending for her character, in order to the story (and I'm both sad and happy about that). I'll definitely gonna miss Clarke, who actually showed a lot of people how good and how bad we all can be in order to protect our own. She was strong until the end, and that's how I'll remember her. Legendary Wanheda, Mountain Slayer. Mother and friend. Human.

A lot of people say they hate the Clarke from season 7 or bring the "real Clarke" back, but this season (from my point of view, of course) showed us a much sadder and more broken Clarke, a Clarke who was trying to stay strong for everyone, a Clarke trying not to break. Clarke was so devastated that she couldn't even think of better ways to handle the situation, she killed Bellamy because she wanted to save her daughter, because she couldn't think of a better solution, because she couldn't afford to lose more people but, as always, he lost them. She lost her best friend, her child ... and she was willing to spend the rest of her life alone, because she thought she deserved it, she thought that she did not deserve to be tranced and be happy with her family. I think this is one of Clarke's most humane seasons. In conclusion, Clarke Griffin deserves better
I *really* wish I could agree with you...
But the cold hold truth is that Bob (who played Bellamy) was written out of the script because he wanted to focus on other projects, and Jason Rothenberg didn’t know how to progress the story cohesively from that point so he went off the rails. Clarke has *always* been openly fragile. That’s literally the whole point of her story, that she consistently makes the wrong choice and then is sad about it. Lol. And don’t get me wrong, because The 100 is absolutely in my top 5 favorite shows of all time.

Yeah. I can understand where she’s coming from. She wanted to save everyone at first but she learned that she can’t so she decides to try and save her daughter on the last season.
People hate on Clarke but your favs wouldn’t be alive without her
I hate how everybody has been treating Clarke so harsh. She has done so much good, she saved people when she couldn't risk losing time during a war. She saved Jasper when they knew the grounders could kill them. Clarke saved the delinquents by closing the dropship door and save Anya from getting killed by ignorant delinquents. Clarke has saved many reapers and grounders from the Mountain men. She saved Skaikru from Mount Weather, by killing the mountain men from inside the mountain. Most of them weren't innocent, some of them accepted the blood treatment, therefore they were guilty. Clarke was about to let her own mother get strangled to death so A.L.I.E wouldnt win by controlling her, only to have her get floated because her body got controlled by some evil queen figure anyway. Clarke let Skaikru take the bunker because she believed that the other clans wouldn't be able to adapt to their technology and lifestyles that could save humanity, and she was right. The grounders kept killing each other during the 6 years, but that wasn't enoug because Wonkru and the Eligius prisoners kept killing each other until right before the planet got nuked. She saved a few more people by keeping the door of the Gagarin open, thus saving like hundreds of people + her friends as bonus. Clarke was the one who lowered the radiation shield to let her friends get inside and she and Gabriel were the ones who had the idea of using a lower concentration of toxic to make the Sanctumites not kill eachother, but to evacuate. She has always had help from people, but most of them wouldn't have been where they are now if it weren't for Clarke.
For sure Clarke did a lot of good things and got blamed for it. In the end she saved them all more than once

What makes me mad the most is that even after seeing S5 most fans are still blaming her for wanting to keep the bunker closed. She realized the grounders would never be able to share it (she tried twice to make a deal but Indra and Roan screwed it up both times!) and the way they refused her deal made her finally understand that such a thing would be a madness so she opted to let in exclusively skikru.
Then the grounder chose 100 per each clan only because they saw they were screwed and they had no other choice. And even after that they couldn't be grateful to skikru until Octavia started punishing them.
This is amazing. I honestly didn’t even watch s7 cause I couldn’t stand it. But hearing what they did to Clarke? All the other characters and the fact that she got a happy ending......lol. U managed to capture the original essence of her as a potentially morally grey character (until they went full mamma bear with her) quite nicely!!!! I’m super emotional
Thank you ! Honestly S7 doesn’t even worth your watch, you are not missing anything lol. Yes Clarke was a very good character but they ruined all her logic like they ruined that last season.
Oh my gosh!! This video speaks to me!! Clarke was hands down my favorite character in this entire show! I loved how strong she was and how every step of the way she fought to save everybody. She suffered so much and accepted everyone's hatred of her, though no one hated her more than I feel Clarke hated herself. Clarke I felt was the strongest character. She never let her loss stop her and always seemed to push on and keep making the impossible choices no one else could or would. I loved the amazing transitions you put in and the way the scenes and music all tie together! Hands down one of the best I've ever scene!

exactly! it was very ambiguous, completely differed from the show's general idea and theme, and "transcendence" was a last minute save. Completely hated it, the whole "anomaly" thing really. I would have made them land on the moon, maybe keep the primes business, but keep it there. No more bullshit

I feel like Clarke’s season was season 7. I know the last one is the worst yet I thinks it’s the one in which we finally understand her.

She was actually right. Madi took the flame and in the end she suffered a fate worse than death.
@@erebus1005 true..though one might argue, if clarke had not fought against zhat for so long, maybe they never would have had to flee earth, never met the disciples and all would have been fine ;)
Besides: yes, there was a price in taking the flame for madi, but madi was willing to pay it to do what she thought qas right, and if you love someone you have to respect their right to decide what is worth taking a risk.
Her mother ignored that right for her father and her, and clarke was angry at her, but did not learn from it.
@@saraa.4295 one difference. Madi is a kid. So when she is misguided into taking an A.I. that puts her in the centre of a war and a civil war and becomes target of lunnatics things change... besides at her ahe she shouldn't be putting things in her body...

@@saraa.4295 grounder society were they have kids kill themselves in order to become a commander... with no justice system and brytal eays of living... clarke told her that commanders die and madi's fate was worse cause she experienced something worse than death... Clarke was right! Everyone else was wrong...either way they all followed madi because octavia did, and octavia did after she lost.
