More than likely we've produced over a quadrillion potatoes. We've been eating them for about 8000 years, currently produce about 800 billion a year, likely scales down as you go back in time, but only dramatically after about 300 years. Could achieve a quadrillion in the last 150 years. The rest is just gravy.
