How to export artboards as a pdf file or pdf document in Photoshop

Hi, is there a way to have an instance of an Artboard in a smaller size, just to skip the step of duplicating and resizing what was done on the first bigger Artboard?

Hi bro, this happens because where you have you layers organized the artboard 1 is at the bottom of the row ....in needs to be on the top row of all the artboards for you document to be in order.
