I just love the special edition that it had let me buy blood reaper and composite sword without any hacks. Just finished it again couple days ago. It was just a huge nostalgia with my favourite weapons!
blood reaper is actually recommended to beginner's (my opinion) because it has really good dmg,high attack range,and attack speed is really good,i actually used it on the Gates of Shadow and managed to defeat all the bosses in there by only using Blood Reaper and Blood Reaper is actually good for defeating bosses such as lynx and hermit,and this of course depends on your armor too,w/ enchanments that is good is worth it to use like use armor w/ dmg absorption,frenzy, and more.That is all i can say about Blood Reaper,Thanks.
Blood reaper can beat any boss For Titan - hit him basic attack with reaper and then roll to other side , Titan is slow so his attack animation take time so hit him and roll again to other side and keep doing it with dodging and other combo and you can beat him with reaper easily without using boring spam weapons 😊
Honestly....My favourites were Grim Scythe and Composite Sword...as for other weapons there were some alternatives...in the non premium version I mean...But the Grim scythe and Composite sword were only one and there were no free Alternatives... available in the game that we can afford without spending real money .
The Blood Reaper is an undeniable imba, its weaknesses lie only in the need for a swing and the absence of much damage close to the enemy (the scythe and sword are slow, which is why opponents seriously punish the Player for mistakes; the spiked brass knuckles does not have a standard double strike and sufficient range, which is why it is impossible to keep the enemy at a distance)
Of course, the most important thing is what weapon do you have the highest skill with, but in my opinion, without enchantment, the most powerful weapon is the bloody reaper
Tbh if scythe did not do as much damage as it does then I wouldn’t want it. When your opponent is stronger, you want something that has a good combo. I would take blood reaper. Couldn’t originally afford it because it was 125 gems and by the time I could I already bought kusarigama and enchanted it with frenzy so honestly got the joy of using something with the same move set. Then spiny knuckles originally coming with the poison enchantment is good and is a nice and quick one. The only thing I don’t like are its range. Never got the chance to use composite sword though but it reminds me of kusarigama and blood reaper so I think it will be a good fit for me. Crazy that they have a Mythical enchantment recipe on it though. They must have overwritten the original enchantment. The best ones here are either Blood Reaper or Composite Sword.

blood reaper is really good for early game to mid game but composite sword is a titan slayer which can technically also destroy the rest.
