This is MY FAVORITE video on the internet right now about organizing my schedule. Finally, somebody understood and helped me understand my work patterns. People see me as high energy and very extroverted outside and get confused as to why I can't finish some "seemingly" easy tasks. Love the breakdown! Sensitive Sally here as well. I used to feel bad that I'm not a robot, but I was battling against my nature and my monthly cycle. Energy fluctuates SO heavily depending on where I'm at in my cycle. Plus mood and energy levels fluctuate on a day by day basis. Now, I tend to go with it, see where I'm at too on any given day, and make the best of it. On some days, doing the bare minimum is a win indeed already. How do you make the animations by the way? They're super cute!

Wow! I had a -2 morning yesterday that I felt like I just had to power through to get all the things done. Love this concept, I don’t have as much freedom to move some things around in my primary job but there are things I can shift to support me better. Thanks for sharing!
It's definitely tough, Meghan! We've found over time the more you can just show up for yourself and do your best, you do develop a bit of distance from seeing your work as a measurement of your self-worth. Just takes time 💖. We're rooting for ya!

We feel ya! Yesterday was, ironically, a -2 day for 👩🏻🦰 and even a -1 day for robot-👨🏻🦲. It just happens and we have to do our best! 💖
