I'm having a lot of trouble and maybe someone here can help. I recently logged back into my PowerDirector mobile app and all of my media has disappeared and when I try loading from another source or use a picture from the camera, it reads "media type unsupported". Have I done something wrong or is anybody else experiencing the same problem? HELP! Thanks!!
@PowerDirectorOfficial I tried twice. What I received was nothing of help. It was the same reply twice. That's why I asked here. This is an app that I'm paying for, but it is useless right now. I just need to know if it's a mistake in an update, or if I've done something to cause it. Thank you for responding.

PC software and mobile app are 2 different products. I am afraid you may need to subscribe to them seperately.
