Thanks for posting. Very helpful as we look to remove a new island in our pond and also deepen the level in one area from 2 to 6 feet to keep the fish happy. Nb I am in Sussex England and we have no lakes, even 30 acres of water is still a pond, albeit a large one. This goes back to iron age times as we are known as the county of a thousand ponds.
What a bad ass machine I get to play on a little 15 tone no 60 ft arm but I have to do a 30x30 washout of concrete every monday… dredging is the greatest challenge I’ve faced as an operator in my short year of experience
It actually wasn't too bad. It wasn't the muck that is down there for years. This was a lot of sand and what has come off the road from run off at a local property that was draining into our pond.

It was nice to watch my friend.
I use this type of machine for my work and I alway want to see others working with them too.
Did they do a good job?
@@KeepFishing Ues, kt looks like they took care of business in a good way.
Pond looking good... 👍
Thanks 👍
I would put a silt fence on the high side
I got to look that up.
how bad did it smell?

What a total waste of time! Cleaning out one corner of a pond sure didn't get much accomplished! Drain the water & do the entire pond
