    Your brother’s pack looks massive. Was he carrying as much stuff as it looks like. Whenever I run into people on the trail from down south they would often tell me how cold they were. Kind of funny, I guess we are just used to it. Take care

      Not as much as it looks! He just has a larger pack!
      And I know! Haha Inversely, when VT got its "heat wave" up to 90 degrees, we where doing just fine!

      @@TimHikes So true. My wife is from Texas and when I tell her it’s hot she always says “ you don’t know hot”. I finished my hike from the Mass border to Route four near Killington and Pico. I will return in the fall to complete. I really wish I could have kept in hiking. I know the trial gets harder but the first hundred miles or so we’re not that hard compared to what I am used to, the Whites. I know the hard part is coming but I plan on slowing down and taking it in more. I am sure your done now, congratulations it’s such a beautiful trail. The forest is magical. Take care Tim

    Was that a lizard or a salamander? I’ve never seen an orange one before. Cool.
    That’s a nice-looking shelter.
