- The Double Eagle is famed for its food, but maybe just as famous for a ghostly side dish. The restaurant was once a home, and home to the tragic death of a pair of young lovers. Today it is the frequent haunt of both those two teens and of visitors in search of a fine green chile cheeseburger.
The male ghost and his mother might be my ancestors. My mothers family, named Maez changed from Maes and before that changed from Maese, can be traced back to living in New Mexico since the 1400’s. Told my uncle we need to visit.
My family used to go every Mother's Day because my Grandparents loved the place and the staff would always tell us their stories of the ghosts tipping trays and messing with them XD I used to be scared of them but they seem harmless and never seem to bother patrons so ^^
Excellent food and my favorite are the Martini's.
I had no clue that double eagle was haunted until a couple years ago btw I live in NM :)
very cool footage here, thank you for these visions to help us open up the truth we need to see and witness, liked, subed and will be back..
I've been there!! Its awesome! My brothers friend got scared when he bumped into the lamp in the room. It was funny
I lived 40 yards from the Mesilla cemetery haunted by the witches grave. The only ones we had to worry about was the idiots doing their Seance's. The live ones. They got BB's as soon as they crossed over where the fence is now. Ya they would call the Marshal but he would only site them for trespassing and destruction of church property. They used to wear sheets and stuff and do idiotic stuff. The story was if you danced on it you would die, they are right but it has been 45 years since I did that many many times. The witches grave was the all souls day memorial where you could go an pray for all loved ones and all others to be honored. It used to have a block with a woman face on it's four sides. To funny no such thing, buildings get old and moved chair and stuff are because you have 20 or more employees walking around moving stuff. No ghost just a job!
Me see a valley is as almost a bad joke as ghost at Double Eagle.
My father used to work here and told us the scary story behind the '' ghost room ''
