The Start of My Busiest Week EVER

- When you're in business for yourself you rarely get chances to take breaks. Tay has been working nearly 24/7 since Lift Arc opened it's doors two years ago, and he's overdue for some rest and relaxation. HOWEVER, that means that the next 10 days will be some of the most jam packed, hectic, sweaty, and hardest work days this shop has experienced yet.
With new jobs coming in the door every day, and some enormous projects that need to get done ASAP, Tay has his work cut out for him. If he wants to take the break he so desperately needs, he's going to have to endure "HELL WEEK"
Thanks for watching!

Walker is an idiot.
Sincerely,

"Everything gets harder the day you turn fourty". He's not kidding. Keep up the good work, guys!
A little tip on those benders, you can take the handle bails off the pins and bend things on top using the protruding pins with some imagination and maybe some custom Fabbed pins. Works great for small hooks like that. And you do not have to feed stuff trough the inside of the frame. I have had one of these benders for years, They really are a handy tool especially for what you pay for them.
Thumbs up #244 from North Carolina. Great job!
Hellweek? Well, that’s a lot of work. After finishing you’ve earned the title „Close Quarter Combat Welder“ 😅
Sounds like a nice solid week but nothing that can't be handled.
Totally agree with your steel driver, at 39 I was still healing overnight. 2 weeks before I hit 40 my superpower disappeared - suddenly I'm at the chiro and massage therapist at least once a month for stuff that I would have slept off.
Tip for handling long pieces of materials, a driver showed me a trick. Take a loop sling and loop it around the middle of the bundle. Then come in with the forklift and have the driver throw the end of the loop onto one of the forks. Lift and if it's out of balance put it down and adjust it on the bundle to have it balanced. Pick it up again, if it's balanced good keep picking it up off the truck, once clear you can then spin the bundle so that it's hitting against the side of the forklift. You are then able to drive while holding the bundle next to you and the other half sticking out in front of the forklift and you can now fit in thru your garage door.
NO one is going to mention the drunk throw the car into park while rolling and grinding it @2:15???
Hey Tay and the gang. All this crazy time and hard work will pay off in the end. Always a great time watching your videos guys. Can't wait to see more videos soon. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friends. Forge On. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Very nice staying busy! Just a few more to go!
You can do it, great people around you and awesome equipment to do the job.
If you do lots of dimensional hand drawings, use isometric graph paper. You will like the results
Never tried it myself, but apparently baby oil cleans up aluminium lile a champ. My dad was an engineeer and swore by it.
I grew up in the South West of Richmond area. Never been to your part of Virginia but I know the area. Such a beautiful area.
You can go to your local tech school and work on your welding skills. The instructors are usually professional welders and can help you refine your technique
Get a hand pallet jack, to move metal items with.
High five and drink beer. Lol
Those rails are fantastic really like them excellent job. Looks very bizzy in your shop at the moment love seeing it all going on. 👍👍
I love your content and creativity! Keep up the great work, Tay!
try finishing aluminium with dilute mix of caustic soda. Comes up a treat.
Back to to future.... come in walker. Lol.
I noticed it immediately after publishing it 🤦♂ It's always the little spelling mistakes! I'll be better next time! - Walker
PS: I think you meant "come on walker" ;)

HAHAHA, in the new video we will see if his promise was real? Maybe he has fallen in love with a dress. Will he wear a dress? A hat? Pink? We will see. Good video, always fun to watch. Greetings from Germany.
I was thinking, nice rack……
I’m a big fan of your work! But don’t timelapse every working moments, as you say in this video; it’s fun to se how the machines work. Some closeup when bending or welding (perhaps in slow motion) would be great! Keep up the great work!
OH NO! you actually can create kewl signs 🤣
Ominous title "workweek from hell part 1" Part 2 must be interesting..lol
You should make a video on cleaning the cnc table. I heared it’s a pain
He did make one a while back.
What size gloves?
how much an hr would you pay for steves professional help?
4 jobs ,then half the month off.
PLEASE, use image stabilization.
Filming women's racks???????
Guy's I am really interested in watching you channel but your camera work moves too much. It actually gives me motion sickness. How about you sit the cameras back on tripods, wider angle but a lot more steady. you can cut in special shots in small doses. Just trying to give positive feedback.
I have no idea what is going on with the intro but it's not right.
So for the builds intro I actually sped it up a little bit! I didn't think anyone would notice! I thought people might wanna get into the action a little faster, but we can always go back to the original speed if this version is less appealing. Let me know what you think! - Walker
@@LiftArcStudios I guess it's the music. I think the tremolo in the organ is bothering me for some reason. I've had a rough week.
Visual dissonance grabs my attention very quickly. Didn't have a problem with speed of video.
By the way, love all the other music in the video.
I am discovering some pretty cool artists.
👍👍👍👍
