- We were forced to leave our puppy Olivia alone at home. Adult husky dogs Yuki and Monty also stayed at home. But for the cute puppy it was the first separation from the owner. If the puppy was at home all alone, he would have experienced a lot of stress. In the last video, I left with a puppy and the huskies stayed waiting for us. My dogs were howling loudly in anticipation of the owner. But it turned out that the huskies were not waiting for me, but for our little puppy. This time the dogs were much calmer. My dogs were just dozing peacefully near the door. But the joy of meeting the owner was stormy.

Olivia feel discomfort of your absence unlike the two elders Yuki and Monty to whom I think used to be left for a while. So sweet when you return the reaction of Yuki and Monty hug you while baby Olivia sat on your lap.

I used to dog sit for my neighbors part malamute/shepherd. He & his dog were with each other 24/7. But, for those rare occasions when the owner needed me to watch him, his dog would howl till he came home. I loved his dog, & his dog loved me, but no amount of special attention, hugs, nor treats, that I showered on him would satisfy his longing for his missing master. Then when the owner came home, exactly what your husky's do, shower you with love, licks, & kisses.
Yes, it always causes so many emotions. They will never be happy without us. Similarly, we are worried about separation from our fluffy babies.
It's so heartwarming to see how much they love you both, you mean everything to them and vise versa, also you could have a horrible day at work/out n about but those 3 waiting for you at yhe door will always cheer you up no end.
It is so! Even when we are in a very bad mood, they save us with their smiles

You can train your dogs on this. Separation anxiety can take a toll on your dogs. Its possible for dogs to deal with being alone

I'm away for work for about 11 hours... Good thing my pooch (Canaan/Lab mix) is accustomed to it. On the other hand, the welcome back is way off this level of excitement.
