This is a word in season for me. God told me to leave my comfort zone in my job .At the same time I was just offered a substantial salary raise at my present job. I have yet to drop my resignation letter because the internal agony is so great. I don't even know where I am going next but I have decided to obey the Lord Jesus and trust him. I broke down listening to this message because I received reassurance from God that indeed, He is the one leading me out of comfort into the unknown.

This is so on time. I’ve been thinking about moving out of state, I have no friends or family in that state and my mom and aunt have been side-eyeing me because of how far it is but this is just confirmation that the move is necessary in order to receive what God has for me. When you said something about there being no peace but being comfortable I felt that. I’m living with my mom and there’s no peace. But I’m comfortable because she doesn’t make me pay any bills. Our relationship is good but I’m noticing that I’m not elevating and I haven’t been for a while and the entire time I’m trying to figure out why- maybe this was my confirmation on “why”- I need to get from around kinfolks.
